Those new to My-te Products are often left wondering how to pronounce "My-te." One glimpse into history and it becomes clear.
Originally City Engineering Co., Inc.—a machine job shop—My-te first started manufacturing its winch-hoists in 1957. Ever since the first workhorse model went into action, My-te winch-hoists have been holding fast to the performance demands set forth by materials handling professionals in all industries—from construction, manufacturing and mining, to defense, utility, marine and more.
Over the course of the past 50 years, the "mighty" winch-hoist hasn't changed. Rather, it has evolved--constantly undergoing applications engineering refinement, but never departing from the original design characteristics that have made it the toughest, most reliable winch-hoist on the market.
And maybe that explains why some of those early models are still in action today.
